Is hospivest free for investors?

Yes. Search, search alerts, watchlist, comparison and requests to brokers are free.

How reliable are the KPIs?

Every figure is labelled: provided by the broker, modelled by us or missing. We don't estimate missing actual figures – we flag them openly. Yields are modelled and not verified – hospivest does not replace due diligence.

Are all listings authorised?

Yes. A listing only goes online once the broker or owner has approved it and confirmed their right to publish – and hospivest has reviewed it.

Who sees my request?

Only the provider of the property – broker or owner. They reply directly and release the full exposé to you. All data is stored on servers in the EU.

Which countries does hospivest start in?

The closed beta starts with selected brokers and investors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.

Can I list as an owner?

Yes. Sign up as an owner and upload your exposé – or send it to info@hospivest.com and we prepare the listing. Investors see the label “Direct from owner”.

What does hospivest cost for providers?

The first listing is free during the beta – for brokers and owners. After that, monthly plans from €299 plus VAT, cancellable monthly.
